That the Architect of the Capitol, with the approval of the United States Supreme Contracts for construction of, authorized.*Ante*, p. 51.Court Building Commission, is authorized to enter into a contract or contracts for carrying out the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to provide for the construction of a building for the Supreme Court of the United States,” approved December 20, 1929, for a total amount not exceeding $8,240,000 in addition to the appropriations heretofore made for such purposes.
