CHAP. 860.— An Act Authorizing an appropriation for the purchase of the Vollbehr collection of incunabula. July 3, 1930.[[H. R. 12696](/us/bill/71/hr/12696).][[Public, No. 533](/us/pl/71/533).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Vollbehr collection of incunabula.Sum authorized for acquiring for Library of Congress.*Ante*, p. 861. That for the purpose of acquiring for the Library of Congress the collection of fifteenth century books known as the Vollbehr collection of incunabula and comprising three thousand items, together with the copy on vellum of the Gutenberg forty-two-line Bible known as the Saint Blasius-Saint Paul copy, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be recommended by the Librarian of Congress in an estimate submitted for the purpose.
