CHAP. 84.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Highway Department of the State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Elk River on the Fayetteville-Winchester Road near the town of Kelso, in Lincoln County, Tennessee. R. 14051](/us/bill/71/hr/14051).][[Public, No. 597](/us/pl/71/597).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentElk Elver.Tennessee may bridge, near Kelso. of Congress is hereby granted to the Highway Department of the State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Elk River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on the Fayette ville-Winchester Road near the town of Kelso, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, in Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.accordance with the provisions of an act entitled “An act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters.” approved March 23, 1906.
