CHAP. 832.— An Act To establish a branch home of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers in one of the Northwest Pacific States. July 3, 1930.[[H. R. 9638](/us/bill/71/hr/9638).][[Public, No. 505](/us/pl/71/505).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers. That the Board of Managers of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer SoldiersLand for branch home of, to be acquired in Northwest Pacific States.*Post*, p. 1016.Buildings, equipment, etc. is hereby authorized and directed to acquire, by donation, a tract of land located in one of the Northwest Pacific States as a site for a branch home of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, to provide for the improvement of such site, and for the construction, equipment, operation, and maintenance thereon of suitable buildings for the use of such branch home.
Sec. 2. Sum authorized. The sum of not to exceed $2,000,000 is hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this Act. Approved, July 3, 1930.
