CHAP. 823.— An Act For the relief of Samuel S. Michaelson. July 2, 1930.[[H. R. 10317](/us/bill/71/hr/10317).][[Private, No. 266](/us/pvtl/71/266).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster Samuel S. Michaelson. Credit allowed, for loss of postal funds, due to bank failure. General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Samuel S. Michaelson, postmaster at Montevideo, Minnesota, in the sum of $696.95, due the United States on account of the loss resulting from the closing of the First National Bank of Montevideo, Minnesota. Approved, July 2, 1930.
