CHAP. 819.— An Act For the relief of J. W. Nix. July 2, 1930.[[H. R. 7445](/us/bill/71/hr/7445).][[Private, No. 262](/us/pvtl/71/262).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary J. W. Nix. Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to J. W. Nix, of Yemassee, South Carolina, the sum of $27.72 in full compensation for reward and expenses incurred in apprehending and delivering one Randolph A. Jones, a deserter from the United States Army.
