CHAP. 817.— An Act For the relief of John Magee. July 2, 1930.[[H. R. 6642](/us/bill/71/hr/6642).][[Private, No. 260](/us/pvtl/71/260).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That, the Secretary John Magee. Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $175 to John Magee, which amount of money would have been paid to him in settlement of a claim against the United States except that it had been deposited to the credit of “Miscellaneous receipts.” Approved, July 2, 1930.
