CHAP. 814.— An Act To credit the accounts of Major Benjamin L. Jacobson, Finance Department, United States Army. July 2, 1930.[[H. R. 4110](/us/bill/71/hr/4110).][[Private, No. 257](/us/pvtl/71/257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Comptroller Major Benjamin L. Jacobson, Army. Credit allowed in accounts of. General of the United States is authorized and directed to reopen the accounts of Major Benjamin L.
Jacobson, Finance Department, United States Army, involving expenditures made in good faith upon Government business and without fault or negligence on his part, and remove the disallowance of $210.75 made in such accounts by the General Accounting Office, and the proper accounting offices shall thereupon credit his accounts with such sum. Approved, July 2, 1930.
