CHAP. 810.— An Act For the relief of Charles H. Young. July 2, 1930.[[H. R. 3431](/us/bill/71/hr/3431).][[Private, No. 253](/us/pvtl/71/253).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Court of Charles H. Young. Claim of, referred to Court of Claims. Claims of the United States be, and hereby is, given jurisdiction to hear and determine the claim of Charles H. Young and to render judgment against the United States for damages, if any, suffered by reason of the occupancy by the United States between June 30, 1917, and November 30, 1919, of two parcels of land, with buildings and improvements, situated in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, containing sixty-four acres, more or less, as conveyed by two deeds from Lincoln F.
Spear to Charles H. Young, recorded in Middlesex County registry of deeds, dated July 23, 1914, book numbered 3901, page 501, and September 2, 1915, book numbered 3996, page 544. Sec. 2. Such claim may be instituted at any time within four Time for instituting suit.months from the approval of this Act, notwithstanding lapse of time or any statute of limitations. Approved, July 2, 1930.
