CHAP. 81.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State Highway Commission of Virginia to maintain a bridge already constructed across the Shenandoah River in Clarke County, Virginia, United States route numbered 50. March 17, 1930.[[H. R. 8287](/us/bill/71/hr/8287).][[Public, No. 74](/us/pl/71/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Shenandoah River.Bridge across, at Berrys Ferry, by Virginia, legalized.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Virginia, and its successors, to maintain and operate, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, a bridge and approaches thereto already constructed across the Shenandoah River at Berrys Ferry, Clarke County, Virginia, which bridge is hereby declared to be a lawful structure to the same extent and in the same manner as if it had been constructed in accordance with the provisions of said Act of March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2.Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 17, 1930.
