CHAP. 800.— An Act For the relief of Rachel Levy. July 1, 1930.[[H. R. 8723](/us/bill/71/hr/8723).][[Private, No. 248](/us/pvtl/71/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Rachel Levy. Gratuity pay to, for death of son. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Rachel Levy an 1958amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate received by her son, Phillip Levy, former sergeant, Balloon Company, Numbered 22, Air Service, United States Army, at the time of his death on April 17, 1922. Approved, July 1, 1930.
