CHAP. 797.— An Act For the relief of John Panza and Rose Panza. July 1, 1930.[[H. R. 917](/us/bill/71/hr/917).][[Private, No. 245](/us/pvtl/71/245).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be, and John and Rose Panza. Compensation to. is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,055, and that the said sum be paid to John Panza and Rose Panza, as just compensation and in full settlement and satisfaction of their damages and loss incurred and suffered by reason of the use and occupation of their building and land by the United States Government for hospital purposes.
