CHAP. 795.— An Act For the relief of Clarence C. Cadell. July 1, 1930.[[H. R. 528](/us/bill/71/hr/528).][[Private, No. 243](/us/pvtl/71/243).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Clarence C. Cadell. Compensation to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Clarence C.
Cadell, as reimbursement for expenses and inconveniences suffered by him as the direct result of personal injuries received by him on October 25, 1921, at Baltimore, Maryland, when he was struck by an automobile operated by the United States Army, the sum of $480.12, in full settlement of his claim for damages and loss of earnings and incidental expenses resulting from said injury. Approved, July 1, 1930.
