CHAP. 780.— An Act To reimburse Lieutenant Colonel Charles F. Sargent. June 30, 1930.[[H. R. 11493](/us/bill/71/hr/11493).][[Private, No. 236](/us/pvtl/71/236).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Comptroller Lieutenant Colonel Charles F. Sargent, retired. Pay claim of, allowed. General of the United States be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to settle and allow the claim of Lieutenant Colonel Charles F.
Sargent, retired, Massachusetts National Guard, for payment, from funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, of pay at the rate of $2,412.50 per annum for the period from January 1 to February 9, 1923, inclusive, amounting to $261.34, Lieutenant Colonel Sargent having continued to act as United States property and disbursing officer for the State of Massachusetts after he had reached the age for compulsory retirement from the National Guard and was not eligible for appointment as United States property and disbursing officer of the State.
