CHAP. 779.— An Act For the relief of Flossie R. Blair. June 30, 1930.[[H. R. 10490](/us/bill/71/hr/10490).][[Private, No. 235](/us/pvtl/71/235).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Flossie R. Blair. Payment to, for stenographic services. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Flossie R. Blair, of Tampa, Florida, the sum of $147.62, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full compensation for stenographic services rendered to the United States in the matter of investigation conducted by the Government of the collision between the United States ship Tampa and M.
V. Solitaire, $60.62; and for per diem attendance and stenographic services in behalf of the United States in the case of Income Tax Returns Investigation of W. E. Lee, September and October, 1926, amounting to $87. Approved, June 30, 1930.
