CHAP. 778.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of I. L. Kleinman. June 30, 1930.[[H. R. 3553](/us/bill/71/hr/3553).][[Private, No. 234](/us/pvtl/71/234).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary I. L. Kleinman. Remuneration to, for seized ammunition. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the heirs of I.
L. Kleinman, formerly of Presidio, Texas, the sum of $551.68, the said sum representing the value of ammunition belonging to the said Kleinman, seized during the years 1916, 1917, and 1918, by military authorities of the United States and never returned to the owner, I. L. Kleinman, nor any remuneration made to him by the United States Government therefor. Approved, June 30, 1930.
