CHAP. 776.— An Act For the relief of Evelyn Harris. June 30, 1930.[[H. R. 1066](/us/bill/71/hr/1066).][[Private, No. 232](/us/pvtl/71/232).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Evelyn Harris. Compensation to, for damage to her pear orchard. of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Evelyn Harris, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,720 in full settlement of all claims against the Government for damage to her pear orchard caused by fire, which originated through the negligence of a Government employee in the Aberdeen Proving Ground observation tower at Howells Point, Maryland, December 14, 1925.
