R. 494](/us/bill/71/hr/494).][[Private, No. 229](/us/pvtl/71/229).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Catherine White. Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $250 to Catherine White.
