CHAP. 771.— An Act For the relief of William Tell Oppenhimer. June 30, 1930.[[S. 1638](/us/bill/71/s/1638).][[Private, No. 227](/us/pvtl/71/227).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the President Navy. William Tell Oppenhimer, jr. Placed on retired list, as lieutenant. Service credit. is authorized to appoint William Tell Oppenhimer, junior, formerly assistant surgeon with rank of lieutenant (T), an assistant surgeon, United States Navy, with rank of lieutenant (T), and place him on the retired list of the Navy with the retired pay and allowance of that grade with credit for any purposes for all service to which he was entitled on May 2, 1920: *Provided,* That a duly *Provisos.* Service disability. constituted naval retiring board finds that the said William Tell Oppenhimer, junior, incurred physical disability incident to the service while on the active list of the Navy: *Provided further,* No back pay, etc.That no back pay, allowances, or emoluments shall become due as a result of the passage of this Act.
