CHAP. 769.— An Act For the relief of Charles W. Martin. June 30, 1930.[[S. 363](/us/bill/71/s/363).][[Private, No. 225](/us/pvtl/71/225).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Charles W. Martin. Payment to, for property damages. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Charles W. Martin, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,000, in full settlement against the Government, for damages to land near Omaha, Nebraska, which was used and occupied by the United States as a balloon-school site.
