CHAP. 763.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to loan to the city of Olympia, State of Washington, the silver service set formerly in use on the United States cruiser Olympia. June 30, 1930.[[H. R. 4206](/us/bill/71/hr/4206).][[Public, No. 483](/us/pl/71/483).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary“Olympia” cruiser.Silver service of, may be loaned to Olympia, Wash. of the Navy is authorized, in his discretion, to loan to the city of Olympia, State of Washington, for preservation and exhibition the silver service set formerly in use on the United States cruiser Olympia: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by the United*Proviso*.No Federal expense.
