Congress approved January 28, 1927, which time was extended to June 1, 1930, by Act of Congress approved December 26, 1929, is hereby further extended to June 1, 1932. Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1930.
