CHAP. 743.— An Act To authorize the Court of Claims to correct an error in the claim of Charles G. Mettler. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 8393](/us/bill/71/hr/8393).][[Private, No. 211](/us/pvtl/71/211).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Court of Charles G. Mettler. Error in claim of, to be corrected by Court of Claims. Report admitted. Claims of the United States be, and hereby is, given jurisdiction to hear and determine the claim of Charles G.
Mettler and to render judgment against the United States, and to accept the report of United States Commissioner Benjamin Micou, now deceased, after correcting the typographical error in paragraph X of said report so as to state the correct amount due the plaintiff. 1947 Sec. 2. Said claim shall not be considered as barred because of Claim not barred by statute of limitations, etc. any existing statute of limitations with regard to suits against the United States; nor because of any previous hearing before the Court of Claims of the United States; nor because of any release which may have been signed by said claimant.
