CHAP. 742.— An Act For the relief of Thomas J. Parker. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 6268](/us/bill/71/hr/6268).][[Private, No. 210](/us/pvtl/71/210).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Thomas J. Parker. Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas J. Parker, of Brooklyn, New York, the sum of $500.
Such sum shall be in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States for damages on account of personal injuries sustained by the said Thomas J. Parker as a result of being struck by a United States Army automobile on October 6, 1924, in Brooklyn, New York. Approved, June 28, 1930.
