CHAP. 740.— An Act For the relief of Dalton G. Miller. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 6209](/us/bill/71/hr/6209).][[Private, No. 208](/us/pvtl/71/208).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Dalton G. Miller. Reimbursement to, for truck repairs. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $16.90 to Dalton G.
Miller, senior drainage engineer of the Bureau of Public Roads, in full settlement of all payments made by him for repairs to a truck belonging to the University of Minnesota, which was loaned to the Bureau of Public Roads for use in conducting a cooperative investigation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1929, to determine the effect of soil alkali and acid upon drain tile. Approved, June 28, 1930.
