CHAP. 74.— An Act To authorize the State Roads Commission of Maryland to construct a highway bridge across the Nanticoke River at Vienna in Dorchester County, Maryland. March 10, 1930.[[S. 3193](/us/bill/71/s/3193).][[Public, No. 70](/us/pl/71/70).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent Nanticoke River.Maryland State Roads Commission may bridge, at Vienna.of Congress is hereby granted to the State Roads Commission of Maryland, acting for and on behalf of the State of Maryland, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a highway bridge across the Nanticoke River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at Vienna in Dorchester County, Maryland, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, March 10, 1930.
