CHAP. 739.— An Act For the relief of R. E. Marshall. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 5962](/us/bill/71/hr/5962).][[Private, No. 207](/us/pvtl/71/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary R. E. Marshall. Compensation for property damages. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to R. E. Marshall the sum of $187 in full payment for all damage to property belonging to said R.
E. Marshall in Fairfax County, Virginia, which was destroyed by soldiers of the United States Army during the war with Spain. Approved, June 28, 1930.
