CHAP. 732.— An Act For the relief of Homer Elmer Cox. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 2645](/us/bill/71/hr/2645).][[Private, No. 200](/us/pvtl/71/200).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there is hereby Homer Elmer Cox. Reimbursement to, for loss of personal effects. appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated not to exceed $147.73, to reimburse former Coxswain Homer Elmer Cox, United States Navy, for losses of clothing and other personal effects sustained by him when the United States ship San *Proviso.* Regulations to be prescribed.
Diego was sunk off Fire Island Light on July 19, 1918: *Provided,* That such reimbursement shall be made under regulations to be prescribed by the Secretary of the Navy and upon vouchers to be approved by him. Approved, June 28, 1930.
