CHAP. 729.— An Act For the relief of Rose Lea Comstock. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 1888.](/us/bill/71/hr/1888)][[Private, No. 197.](/us/pvtl/71/197)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Rose Lea Comstock.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Rose Lea Comstock, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $40 for reimbursement of undertaker’s expenses incurred by reason of the naval training station at Great Lakes, Illinois, erroneously advising her of the death of her brother, Grover Cleveland Tanner.
