CHAP. 720.— An Act For the relief of Joseph A. McEvoy. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 329.](/us/bill/71/hr/329)][[Private, No. 188.](/us/pvtl/71/188)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Joseph A. McEvoy.Credit allowed, for stolen postal funds. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of $1,294.54 to Joseph A. McEvoy, former superintendent of the Fox Creek post office station, Detroit, Michigan.
Said sum represents the amount paid by said Joseph A. McEvoy to the United States Government to make up the deficit in the accounts of the Fox Creek station, which deficit was caused by robbery or burglary of said post office. Approved, June 28, 1930.
