CHAP. 719.— An Act For the relief of Haskins and Sells. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 320.](/us/bill/71/hr/320)][[Private, No. 187.](/us/pvtl/71/187)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Haskins and Sells.Payment to, for professional services. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Haskins and Sells the sum of $3,500, in full payment for professional services rendered in making a study of the accounting system of the Rock Island Arsenal for the purpose of formulating recommendations of changes therein, and in the preparation of their report thereon, dated April 16, 1921, said work having been performed pursuant to an order of the Chief of Ordnance, United States Army, of May 18, 1920, which was confirmed by a procurement order executed on behalf of the United States under date of June 28, 1920, and accepted by indorsement of Haskins and Sells dated June 29, 1920.
