CHAP. 712.— An Act To increase the efficiency of the Veterinary Corps of the Regular Army. June 28, 1930.[[H. R. 2755](/us/bill/71/hr/2755).][[Public, No. 469](/us/pl/71/469).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That for purposesArmy.Veterinary Corps.Promotion, etc., of officers of. of promotion, longevity pay, and retirement there shall be credited to officers of the Veterinary Corps all full-time service rendered by them as veterinarians in the Quartermaster Department, Cavalry, or Field Artillery prior to June 3, 1916.
Sec. 2. The provisions of this Act shall become effective upon itsEffective date.Conflicting laws, etc. repealed. passage, and all laws and parts of laws which are inconsistent herewith or are in conflict with any of the provisions hereof are hereby repealed as of that date.
