CHAP. 701.— An Act For the relief of the Lowell Oakland Company. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 2849.](/us/bill/71/hr/2849)][[Private, No. 178.](/us/pvtl/71/178)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Lowell Oakland Company.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Lowell Oakland Company the sum of $100: *Provided, *That such*Proviso.*Settlement from forfeiture of automobile. sum shall be in full settlement and relief to the Lowell Oakland Company from the forfeiture of a Buick automobile, engine numbered 836015, seized at Charlestown, Vermont, for violation of the customs-revenue laws.
