CHAP. 70.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to permit the erection of a building for use as a residence for the Protestant chaplain at the National Leper Home at Carville, Louisiana, and for other purposes. March 7, 1930.[[S. 1487](/us/bill/71/s/1487).][[Public, No. 66](/us/pl/71/66).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Carville, La.Permission for residence for Protestant chaplain, National Leper Home at.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to permit the erection of a building for use as a residence for the Protestant chaplain at the National Leper Home at Carville, Louisiana, and at his discretion to permit the erection of other buildings which may in the future be donated to promote the welfare of patients and personnel: *Provided*, That such building shall be *Provisos*.Location, etc.located where designated by the Surgeon General of the Public Health Service and without expense to the United States, and that the plans and specifications therefor shall be subject to the approval of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department: *Provided further*, Buildings to become Government property.That such buildings when completed shall be the property of the United States.
