Bauman.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $3,935.99 to Michael J.
Bauman for extra work and material furnished in connection with contracts for repairs and alterations in United States ship Sturgeon Bay at Buffalo, New York. Approved, June 27, 1930.
