CHAP. 693.— An Act To extend the measure of relief provided in the Employees’ Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, to Robert W. Vail. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 6825.](/us/bill/71/hr/6825)][[Private, No. 170.](/us/pvtl/71/170)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Robert W. Vail.Benefits of Employees Compensation Act extended to. That the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission be, and it is hereby, authorized and directed to extend to Robert W.
Vail, on account of the results of an injury sustained on April 19, 1915, while in the performance of duty as an employee of the United States on the Government bridge between Davenport, Iowa, and the Rock Island Arsenal, the measure of relief provided in an Act entitled “An ActVol. 39, p. 742; Vol. 44, p. 772.[U. S. C., p. 77](/us/usc/p77). to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes,” approved September 7, 1916.
The benefits accorded to claimantEffective date. under this Act shall begin as of date of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 27, 1930.
