CHAP. 691.— An Act For the relief of the Palmer Fish Company. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 8347.](/us/bill/71/hr/8347)][[Private, No. 168.](/us/pvtl/71/168)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Palmer Fish Company.Compensation to, for loss of motor boat. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Palmer Fish Company the sum of $961.71, in full compensation for loss of motor boat Verna, purchased by the Palmer Fish Company at a sale by the United States Government on August 29, 1927, and reseized by former owners in Canadian waters, who, under decision of Canadian court, are entitled to hold same, the seizure and sale by the United States Government having been unlawful.
