CHAP. 687.— An Act For the relief of Marijune Cron. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 478.](/us/bill/71/hr/478)][[Private, No. 164.](/us/pvtl/71/164)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Marijune Cron.Payment to, for fatal injury to husband.Vol. 44, p. 1087. That the provisions of subdivision H of section 10 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes,” as amended by the Act of February 12, 1927, be, and the same are hereby, made to apply to Marijune Cron, widow of Warren M.
Cron, who was fatally injured on July 30, 1923, while performing his duties as an employee of the United States Reclamation Service, Department of the Interior, near Boise, Idaho. Approved, June 27, 1930.
