Thiel.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Arthur H. Thiel the sum of $28.33 for wages due him for services rendered as a temporary fireman-laborer under the custodian service at Ripon (Wisconsin) post office. Approved, June 27, 1930.
