CHAP. 676.— An Act For the relief of The Buck Creek Oil Company. June 27, 1930.[[S. 3284.](/us/bill/71/s/3284)][[Private, No. 153.](/us/pvtl/71/153)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * The Buck Creek Oil Company. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to The Buck Creek Oil Company, a Wyoming corporation, such amount as may1930 be necessary, not in excess of $2,903.08, in reimbursement of amountRefund, of excess rentals and royalties. paid as rentals and royalties, over and above the amounts due under the law and regulations, in connection with oil and gas lease, Cheyenne, Wyoming, serial number 036291, executed December 24, 1927, for the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 5, the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 7, and the north half of the northwest quarter of section 8, all in township 35 north, range 65 west of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming.
