CHAP. 667.— An Act For the relief of S. A. Jones. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 1964.](/us/bill/71/hr/1964)][[Private, No. 144.](/us/pvtl/71/144)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * S. A. Jones.Payment to, for property losses. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to S. A. Jones the sum of $136.35 on account of the destruction of his personal property by fire in the Lassen National Forest, California, while he was employed by the United States Forest Service as a forest guard in fighting said fire on September 20, 1928.
