R. 1092.](/us/bill/71/hr/1092)][[Private, No. 143.](/us/pvtl/71/143)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * C. F. Beach.Compensation to, for loss of horse. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay C. F. Beach, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50 as compensation in full for the loss of one horse with harness while hired for use by the Forest Service of the United States.
