CHAP. 663.— An Act For the relief of Parke, Davis and Company. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 328.](/us/bill/71/hr/328)][[Private, No. 140.](/us/pvtl/71/140)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Parke, Davis and Company.Refund of import duties. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund the payment by Parke, Davis and Company, of Detroit, Michigan, of the sum of $70.70, being the amount of duties demanded by the Treasury Department on certain bales of orange peel imported from Belgium and later rejected at Detroit in the month of March, 1927.
