CHAP. 660.— An Act For the relief of the National Surety Company. June 27, 1930.[[S. 3038.](/us/bill/71/s/3038)][[Private, No. 137.](/us/pvtl/71/137)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * National Surety Company.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the National Surety Company the sum of $157.89, being payment made by the said company by mistake to the United States in behalf of H.
C. Lewis, late postmaster at Creech, Kentucky, for loss of postal fund; and there is hereby appropriated, out of any money inAppropriation for. the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sufficient sum to carry out the purpose of this Act. Approved, June 27, 1930.
