CHAP. 658.— An Act For the relief of E. M. Davis. June 27, 1930.[[S. 671.](/us/bill/71/s/671)][[Private, No. 135.](/us/pvtl/71/135)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * E. M. Davis.Credit allowed in accounts of, due to bank failure. That the Comptroller General is authorized and directed to credit the accounts of E. M. Davis, former postmaster at Cut Bank, Montana, in the sum of $174.33, representing the amount of postal funds lost by reason of the failure of the First National Bank of Cut Bank on January 1, 1921, and shown on final audit of his accounts as postmaster to be due the United States.
Sec. 2. That the surety on the bond of such E. M. Davis as postmasterSurety relieved of liability. is relieved of any liability on account of such loss. Approved, June 27, 1930.
