CHAP. 649.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of War to grant a right of way for street purposes upon and across the Holabird Quartermaster Depot Military Reservation, in the State of Maryland. June 27, 1930.[[H. R. 9280](/us/bill/71/hr/9280).][[Public, No. 463](/us/pl/71/463).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hoiabird Military Reservation, Md.Right of way across, granted Baltimore, Md., for street improvement.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant an easement for a right of way to the city of Baltimore, State of Maryland, to improve, widen, and maintain Twenty-seventh Street, to be known as Cornwall Street, on the Holabird Quartermaster Depot Military Reservation, Terms, etc.Maryland, on such terms and conditions as the Secretary of War *Proviso.*Reversion for nonuser.may prescribe: *Provided*, That the construction and maintenance of said thoroughfare shall be without expense to the United States and whenever the lands within said right of way shall cease to be used for street or highway purposes, they shall revert to the United States.
