CHAP. 640.— An Act To provide for the regulation of tolls over certain bridges. June 27, 1930.[[S. 4517](/us/bill/71/s/4517).][[Public, No. 454](/us/pl/71/454).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That any bridge Toll charges.Regulating, on bridges authorized prior to March 23, 1906.authorized, prior to March 23, 1906, by Act of Congress specifically reserving to Congress the right to alter, amend, or repeal such Act, shall, in respect of the regulation of all tolls, be subject to the provisions *Ante*, p. 532.Vol. 34, p. 84.of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, June 27, 1930.
