S. C., Supp. IV, p, 48](/us/usc/48).Director of Census to publish.*Ante*, p. 419.Baks of linters and cotton distinguished.in collecting and publishing statistics of cotton on hand in warehouses and other storage establishments, and of cotton known as the “carry over” in the United States, the Director of the Census is hereby directed to ascertain and publish as a separate item in the report of cotton statistics the number of bales of linters as distinguished from the number of bales of cotton.
