CHAP. 638.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to loan to the Louisiana State Museum, of the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, the silver service in use on the cruiser New Orleans. June 27, 1930.[[S. 525](/us/bill/71/s/525).][[Public, No. 452](/us/pl/71/452).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary “New Orleans,” Cruiser.Silver service of, loaned to Louisiana State Museum, La.of the Navy is authorized, in his discretion, to loan to the Louisiana State Museum, of the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, for preservation and exhibition the silver service which was in use on the cruiser *Proviso.*No Federal expense.New Orleans: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by the United States for the delivery of such silver service.
