CHAP. 632.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to grant certain oil and gas prospecting permits and leases. June 27, 1930.[[S. 317](/us/bill/71/s/317).][[Public, No. 446](/us/pl/71/446).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Public lands.Prospecting leases may be granted on certain.Vol. 41, p. 445.[U. S. C., p. 970](/us/usc/970).of the Interior is hereby authorized to grant either prospecting permits or leases under the terms and conditions of section 19 of the Act approved February 25, 1920 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 437, title 30, sec. 227, U.
S. C.), to any claimant of title under the filacer mining laws, to the southeast quarter of section 30, the east half of section 31, and the northwest quarter and southeast quarter of section 32, in township 51, north, range 100 west of the sixth principal meridian, in the State of Wyoming: *Provided*, That satisfactory *Proviso.*Evidence of discovery, etc.evidence be submitted of entire good faith of such claimant under the mining laws, although without such evidence of discovery as to satisfy said Secretary of the claimant’s right to a patent; also, that No previous withdrawal.said lands were not reserved or withdrawn at date of initiation of mining claims thereto; also, that applications for such permits or Application, time limit on filing.leases be filed within six months from date of this enactment, and that at date of such filing the area covered thereby be free from any Adverse claims.valid adverse claim of any third person.
